Home Visiting Outcomes Group & Other Ethnic Minority Supports

We also have an ethnic minority support Tier 2 Home Visiting project that is delivered per annum over 600 hours.

The delivery days/times and duration of sessions are tailored to meet each family’s individual needs such as advocacy-liaising with community, statutory and voluntary on behalf of the family, signposting, housing, education, orientation, as well as any other issues that may arise.
Programmes and tailored supports both formal and informal to help encourage integration into the community.
